Terms and Conditions

The academy will act as a registration partner for World Legends Pro T20 and will promote player registrations.

There is no upfront cost or investment required from the academy for this tie-up.

All player registrations must be completed through the official registration process. Only successfully paid registrations will be considered valid.

Commission will be applicable only on successful and verified registrations. The commission slab will be calculated based on the total number of registrations from the academy.

Commission payouts will be processed as per agreed timelines. Payments will be made only after verification of registrations. Any failed, cancelled, or refunded registrations will not be eligible for commission.

The academy will be provided with separate login credentials. The academy can track registrations in real-time through the dashboard. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

Any discount offered to academy players will be predefined and approved. The academy is not authorized to offer additional or unauthorized discounts.

The academy may promote the tournament among its players. All promotions must be done using approved content and communication. Misleading or false commitments are strictly prohibited.

Selection of players is completely performance-based. The academy has no role or influence in the selection, trials, or auction process.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policy mentioned on our official website. Users are requested to refer to the same for complete details.

The academy must maintain professional communication with players. Any misconduct or misrepresentation may lead to termination of the partnership.

Player data shared during registration must be handled confidentially. The academy must not misuse or share player data without consent.

This tie-up is non-exclusive, and both parties are free to engage with other partners unless agreed otherwise.

Either party can terminate the tie-up with prior notice of 7 days. In case of violation of terms, the partnership may be terminated immediately.

Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.

The final decision regarding registration, trials, selection, auction, and tournament operations lies with the organizers.

By proceeding with the tie-up, the academy agrees to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
